Access to User Management

You can manage EDS users by logging into the Electronic Delivery System with an administrative user name and password. When you log into EDS as an administrator, you can reset passwords and turn user accounts on or off.

Note: SkillSoft provides the administrative user name and password to the customer's system administrator.

To manage users:

1. Log into EDS using an administrative user name and password.
2. Click .

   Note: The User Manager button only displays when you log onto the EDS with the administrative user name and password. An example of the user interface is shown below with the User Manager button circled.
