Adding Courses to the FTP Site

You can add content selectively to the FTP site or you can add the entire contents of the search results to the FTP site.

To selectively add content to the FTP site:

  1. Conduct a search.
  2. Within the search results pane, select the course or courses you want to add to the FTP site.

    add_courses_to_FTP

    Upon selection, the course is added to the FTP site.

Tip: If you launch the FTP site and tile the FTP window with the EDS window, you can verify the course transfers. You may need to refresh the FTP window after selecting within the search results.

To add the entire search results to the FTP site:

  1. Conduct a search.
  2. Click add_all_to_FTP_button.

    All of the content within the search results pane is added to the FTP site.
