Resetting Passwords

As an administrator, you can reset passwords for all users. The password is reset to "welcome."

Note: After resetting a password, the user will have to log back into EDS. A prompt will display requesting the user to rename their password. They must use "welcome" as the current password.

To rest a password:

  1. Log into EDS using an administrative user name and password.
  2. Click UM Button.
  3. In the Site Administration window, find the user name requiring a new password and click Reset Password.

    A prompt displays informing you that the password has been reset to welcome.
