Publisher v2.9 SR1 (November 2016)

New Features and Enhancements

Java-free publishing is now supported. You can now publish content using an HTML5-conformant browser, such as the latest versions of Internet Explorer 10 (or higher), Chrome and Firefox.

All courses must now be uploaded as a .zip or .par file. Uploading folders which contain the course and course files is no longer supported. See Create a Zip File for Publish for more information.
The Publisher no longer supports the following legacy content types:
- CCT
- e3 Mix & Match
- LOT
- LCMS
- NLO+
- Although these content types can no longer be published or restored with the Publisher, previously published content of these types is still supported in Skillport.
Canadian and Australian English locales are now supported.
The latest java-free player is now fully supported.

The Run- time Check that occurs after a course is uploaded to a conversion site is now functioning correctly. (CR 178451)
The course title is now updated correctly after republishing a course. (CR 180297)
For Dialog Design courses published with the Dialog Design tool, the course version now displays on the Publisher Edit Data page. (CR 180418)
Including the word, "version" in the course ID no longer produces errors in the LMS. (CR 198322)
Updating a passive course no longer causes an error. (CR 204303)
