Assessment Functionality

Test for the assessment functionality listed below. As you test these items, be sure to access My Reports in Skillport to ensure the data updates correctly.

First Access: Note the first time the course is launched.
Last Access: Note the last time the course was launched.
Times Accessed: Increments for each access should be evident.
Duration: Note the approximate duration of your session.
Course Test: Master Results - Current and High.

Check Current and High Master Results

Begin the Course test.
Using a question key, complete the test without scoring every answer correctly.
Track your results off-line and calculate your percentage score to compare results once you've finished the test.
Return to My Reports and ensure the Current Mastery and High scores match the percentage you calculated off-line.
Complete the test again, calculating your score, and make sure the Current score is updated to match and the High score reflects whichever assessment result was higher.
Complete the test, answering every question correctly.
Return to My Reports to ensure the Current and High scores reflect the 100% achievement and ensure that the course has now moved into the completed status and a date first completed is available.

Completing a test with some incorrect responses lets you assess whether or not the course is calculating and returning the results accurately (for example, ensuring 7 out of 20 scores 35%, not 7% or 70%).
