Search Feature

The Skillsoft Publisher's Search feature includes two search options:

Search

This feature allows you to quickly search for courses by entering a course ID and clicking Search. When displaying the results it will be initially collapsed and it could be expanded later to be similar to the Courses tab.

Advanced Search

Click Advanced Search to search Courses, Notifications and Alerts based on multiple attributes, which differ for each tab. They include:

Search by: Select a search criteria from the drop-down menu; options are Courses, Notifications, and Alerts.
User Name: Search by users.
Course ID: Search by Course IDs.
Title: Search by Course title.
Version: Search by a version of the course.
Date Modified: Search by the last modified date.
Status: Search by status (including Available, Pending, -, and Error).
Site: Search by production site.
