Compliance Content
The options you see under the Compliance menu depend on how you have Percipio set up for your users to access compliance content. The two set-up options are:
Early Adopter Program: Compliance content displays in the main Percipio library hierarchy (new and improved)
When your compliance content shows in your Percipio library, you see one option under the Compliance menu:
You perform all other functions in the Percipio admin interface:
- Bulk import many new users
- Create a new user
- Create a new audience
- Entitle compliance content to audiences
- Make an assignment
- Run reports
- Grant completions and waivers
Other functions you can do with compliance content, include:
- Create a custom channel or journey with one or more compliance content items
- Promote compliance content in banners or strips on learners' home pages
Compliance content exists only in the Compliance interface
If your compliance content does not show within the main Percipio library, you can work with your Skillsoft account team to migrate it if you want. When you have your compliance content in the Compliance interface, you manage two interfaces to administer compliance content for your organization.
In the Percipio interface, you:
- Bulk import many new users in Percipio
- Create a new user
- Create a new audience
- Access Compliance interface for all other functions
In the Compliance interface, you:
- Assign compliance content to audiences and individual users
- Configure email notifications
- Set security levels for users
- Run reports to monitor learners' compliance training
