Fixes - General SkillPort

  • Intermittent errors no longer occur in the ILT Course and Session Manager when enrolling a user into an ILT session. (CR 164235)
  • An issue causing some users to be in a state where they were not linked with any SkillPort groups has been resolved. (CRs 164613, 164740, 171019)
  • When performing a SARM data import, all historical data is now correctly imported as expected. (CR 166996)
  • After enrolling in an ILT course session, the course now displays as expected in the user's MY PLAN. (CR 167208)
  • You can now perform a batch update of user accounts in which you have removed the email address. (CR 169142)
  • Learning program enrollments are now correctly being inherited by the expected users. (CR 169155)
  • When performing a Batch Add/Update in the SkillPort Administrator, the error "Fatal database error encountered" no longer occurs. (CR 169583)
  • Completed courses are no longer incorrectly displaying in MY PROGRESS on the In Progress tab. (CRs 169600, 169814)
  • The error "The application has encountered an error. Contact your training manager" no longer occurs in User Management when attempting to edit user information. (CR 169936)
  • When using OLSA, the expected results now occur when calling the UD_InitiateCustomReportByUsers service with CSV or CSV16 as the format. (CRs 169959, 171246)
  • When the capacity is increased for an ILT session that a user is waitlisted for, an email notification regarding the session status is now being sent to the user. (CR 170003)
  • The system no longer hangs and folders are now opening as expected when learners attempt to expand folders in the Catalog. (CR 170125)
  • The error "errorMessage": "java.lang.NullPointerException" no longer occurs when learners select certain evaluations in their MY PLAN. (CRs 170192, 171263)
  • Learners can no longer enroll in ILT sessions that have not been assigned to them. (CR 170209)
  • An issue where the tabs in the right pane on the User Management page were not displaying has been resolved. (CR 170272)
  • Configuration settings related to file downloads/behavior now have the default value set to "off". (CR 170497)
  • The course detail descriptions are now displaying correctly instead of displaying as "[]". (CR 171107)

Fixes - Reporting

  • An error no longer occurs when running the User My Plan > User My Plan Summary report. (CR 166266)
  • The Learning Program > Detailed by User report no longer incorrectly shows a status of Started for users who have completed the learning program requirement. (CR 168794)
  • Several discrepancies that were displaying in the ILT Event Journals report have been resolved. (CR 169748)
  • The Content > ILT Student Roster > Detailed by Course and User report is no longer showing learners twice for sessions they are not enrolled in. (CR 169881)
  • The Content > Practice - Learning Program report no longer produces an error during report processing. (CR 170486)
  • The error "Error Rendering Result Data" no longer occurs when generating a custom report based on the Learning Activity > Summary by Group template. (CR 170488)
  • Custom templates are no longer incorrectly displaying in the standard template group hierarchy. (CR 171713)
  • An error no longer occurs when attempting to save report templates. (CRs 171042, 171620)
