What is Following?

Following allows you to get updates about members of the inGenius Community that you are interested in. If you follow someone, you're their follower—you can search and filter community activities to see what these members are doing:

• Limit the Recent Activity list to include Notes and Comments made by the members you are following.
• Search for notes and comments of members you are following by selecting In Followed Notes from the search options drop-down list.

At the same time, others members can choose to follow you and will be informed about your activities within the inGenius Community. They then become your followers.

You can see who you are following and who is following you on your My Profile page.

How Following Works

Unlike some social networks, following isn't mutual. In other words, someone who thinks you're interesting can follow you, and you don't have to approve, or follow back. Deciding to follow back and changing your mind later is fine - just visit the person's profile page and click Unfollow. inGenius does not send a notification when you unfollow someone.
