Remove an Asset

Regardless of their completion state, assets remain in your learning plan until you manually remove them.

You cannot remove content items with a Not Started or In Progress status from the Assigned Learning section; to do so, please contact your training administrator.

You can remove any of the following:

• A bookmark or asset (that is not part of a series) in the Personal Learning section.
• An asset in the Assigned Learning section in the Development Plan set if:
  • It is a self-assigned asset, and
  • The development plan is not in a Pending Approval state.
• Removing an asset from your Development Plan set places it in a Pending Approval state.

Removing an asset from your learning plan does not remove it from your learner transcript.

To remove an asset

1. In the Skillport Header, click Learning Plan.
2. Under the Personal Learning section, or the Assigned Learning > Development Plan section, locate to the asset you wish to remove.
3. Click the drop down next to Launch and select Remove.
4. Click Yes when a message displays asking if you are sure you want to delete the item.

   The asset is removed from your learning plan.
