Turn On Digital Badges

By default, Digital Badges are turned on if your site is in the US datacenter. If your Percipio site is in the EU datacenter, this setting is off by default and you must contact your Skillsoft account team to have it turned on.

If Digital Badges are off for your site and you want them on, follow these steps.

To turn on Digital Badges

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Site Settings > Engagement & Notifications > Engagement.
  2. In the Digital Badges section, turn on the Enable Digital Badges toggle for each of courses, tracks or journeys.
  3. Click Save.

    4. Digital Badges are immediately available to your learners.
