Brand your Emails

You can brand your emails to ensure your learners know they are coming from your organization and safe to open.

To brand your emails

1. Change the logo, background images, and colors to match your organization's brand.

   1. From the left navigation bar, select Site Settings > Site Branding. The Site Branding page displays.
   2. Edit your branding settings.
   3. Select Activate Branding.
   4. Select Save.
   Note: When you make changes to the Site Branding page, the changes apply to the appearance of your Percipio site, Percipio mobile app, Skillsoft completion certificates, and any Percipio-generated communications.

2. Set the organization name to display in all Percipio-generated communications.

   1. From the left navigation bar, select Emails & Notifications > Settings. The Settings page displays.  
   2. Ensure Organization Name is turned on.
   3. In the Organization Name section, enter your organization's name that you want to display in emails.
3. Customize how the "From" line displays in all Percipio-generated communications.

   1. From the left navigation bar, select Emails & Notifications > Settings. The Settings page displays.  
   2. Ensure Organization Name is turned on.
   3. In the Organization Name section, enter your organization's name or the name you want to display to user's receiving email notifications from Percipio. For example: My Company.
4. Change the email address

   1. From the left navigation bar, select Emails & Notifications > Settings. The Settings page displays.  
   2. Ensure Alternate email address is turned on.
   3. In the Alternate email address section, specify an alternate email address from your internal network that Percipio can use instead of no-reply@percipio.com. for all email communications.
