Download Live Course Lists

You can download the list of live courses for details of all live courses in one CSV file. If you imported live courses in support of an LMS integration, you can also download a list of your imported live courses in a separate CSV file. Both CSV files contain the same columns of information for the courses and classes shown in that report.

Download a live course list

To download a live course list:

From the left navigation bar, select Content, then Live Course (ILT).
Select Download as CSV. If you imported live courses and created live courses in Percipio you see two options:
- Download live courses: This CSV is a list of all live courses you created in Percipio.
- Download imported live courses: This CSV is a list of all live courses you imported into Percipio as part of your LMS integration.

Data columns of the live courses list

The downloaded Live Courses list contains the following information. If class attributes have been created and selected to display on the list, they are included in the download as well.

TITLE: The title of the live course or class.
TYPE: Indicates if the record is for a live course or class.
COURSE TITLE: If the record is for a class, indicates the live course title the class was added to.
STATUS: The status of the live course. Values are Published or Draft.
CLASS STATUS: The status of the class.
CLASS START DATE: The date the class starts.
CLASS END DATE: The date the class ends.
LANGUAGE: The live course or class language.
REGISTRATIONS: The number on the left shows the number of current registrations and the number on the right shows class capacity.
WAITLIST: The number of learners on the waitlist for the class.
APPROVALS: The number of approved registrations for a class.
CREATED BY: The first and last name of the person who created the live course or class.
MODIFIED BY: The first and last name of last person who modified the live course or class.
