About this Dashboard
This dashboard contains insights in the following sections:
-
Top Skills Activity
This section provides a visual representation of skills accessed for the filters chosen. The bigger the circle, the more attention it has received.
There are three tabs: Skill Areas, Skill Subjects, Skill Channels. You can view data on each tab by:
- Number of unique learners
- Number of learning hours
The different colored circles represent Skillsoft and custom-created skill areas, subjects, and channels. One unique content title may be part of multiple skill areas, subjects, or channels. As a result, total learning hours across all skill areas may not be equivalent to total learning hours from the Detailed Activity report which reports learning hours per learner per asset. For example, if a course exists in three areas, and two learners access the course each for 12 minutes, the total learning hours in the Skills Activity dashboard would show 72 minutes (3 areas x 12 minutes x 2 learners) while the Detailed Activity report would show a total learning hours of 24 minutes (2 learners x 12 minutes).
Skill areas, subjects, and channels from this report tie directly to the library hierarchy structure.
If a skill channel had activity and then was hidden, you will not see it on this dashboard.
