Unenroll users

You can unenroll users from a learning program if you automatically enrolled them or they enrolled themselves. If learners enrolled themselves, they can unenroll themselves.

Site admins and content coordinators and content curators with program management privileges can unenroll any users from a learning program.

You can unenroll users in one of two ways:

Unenroll all users and audiences:

  1. From the Admin menu, select LEARNING > Learning Programs. The Learning Programs page displays.
  2. Locate the cohort in learning program you wish to unenroll.
  3. Select More actions button, three vertical dots > Unenroll all users.
  4. In the confirmation box, select Yes, unenroll from program. This action cannot be undone. Percipio immediately unenrolls all users and audiences from the program and sets the status of the cohort to canceled. The learner sees the program as Unenrolled in their Programs page.

Unenroll a selected number of users or audiences:

You can only unenroll individuals and audiences who have enrolled in a program. You cannot unenroll a user if they completed the program.

  1. From the Admin menu, select LEARNING > Learning Programs. The Learning Programs page displays.
  2. Locate the cohort in learning program you wish to unenroll.
  3. From the Action menu More actions button, three vertical dots, select Summary. The Progress summary page displays.
  4. Select either the Manager Users or the Manage Audiences tab depending on whether you are unenrolling an individual user or an audience. You can unenroll an individual user who was added as part of an audience from the Manager Users tab.
  5. Identify those in the list that should be unenrolled.
    • For an individual user or audience, from the Action menu More actions button, three vertical dots, select cancel assignment button, circle with horizontal line in the middleUnenroll user
  6. In the confirmation box, select Yes, unenroll from program. This action cannot be undone. Percipio immediately unenrolls the individual user or all users from the audience from the program. The learner sees the program as Unenrolled in the program list page.
