Compliance Content

The options you see under the Compliance menu depend on how you have the Skillsoft Platform set up for your users to access compliance content. The two set-up options are:

When you have Skillsoft Compliance Suite, your compliance content shows in your Skillsoft Platform library, you see two options under the Compliance menu:

You perform all other functions in the Skillsoft Platform admin interface:

If your compliance content does not show within the main Skillsoft Platform library, you can work with your Skillsoft account team to migrate it. When you have your compliance content in the Compliance interface, you manage two interfaces to administer compliance content for your organization.

When you select the Compliance option from the left navigation, you are brought into the Compliance interface.

In the Compliance interface, you:

  • Set completion criteria
  • Create configurations
  • Assign compliance content to audiences and individual users
  • Configure email notifications
  • Set security levels for users
  • Run reports to monitor learners' compliance training

Note: Skillsoft Compliance content can now display in your main Skillsoft Platform library (Skillsoft Compliance Suite). If you currently have your compliance content within the Compliance interface (Compliance 1.0), you can work with your Skillsoft account team to migrate to this new configuration.
