Sign into Percipio using login name, SSO, or email address

To sign into Percipio, ELSA, or the app you must have:

  • Your Percipio site name: Typically the name of your organization. Your site name is in the Welcome email you received from your team if your user account has an email address associated with it and your organization enabled welcome emails.
  • An active user account: Depending on how your organization configures Percipio, you can use either your:
    • Network credentials (use if your organization configured Percipio for single sign-on, or SSO)
    • Login name
    • Email address (use if you organization added your email address to your user account)

Sign into Percipio

You have multiple entry points into Percipio.

From the Welcome email, select Start Learning. You are immediately logged into Percipio to start learning.

Bookmark the page.

For subsequent access, use either your corporate network credentials or your Percipio user credentials depending on how your company has configured Percipio. If you use Percipio user credentials, you may also receive an email from Percipio to set your password.

  1. Open your Percipio site. The URL is typically: https://sitename.percipio.com, where your sitename is your company name. Check site name validity.
  2. Enter your Percipio credentials, Login name or email and password, or your corporate network credentials.
Note: You can select Forgot login name or Forgot Password if you do not remember your Percipio credentials. Contact your administrator if you need additional assistance.
  1. In the top right corner of the browser window, select the Percipio icon . The Connect to Percipio page opens.
  2. On the Connect to Percipio page, enter your Percipio Site Name. Your site name is typically the name of your company. Check site name validity.
  3. Click Next.
  4. From the Let's get started page, choose one of the following options:
    • Log in with corporate credentials
    • Log in with Percipio credentials.
  5. On the Let's get started page, enter your Percipio or corporate login name or email.
  6. Enter your password.
  7. Click Start Learning.
Note: Clicking Forgot? opens your Percipio Forgot Password page.

Change your Percipio site

If you have access to more than one Percipio site, you can connect ELSA to the site of your choice.

  1. In the Percipio ELSA App or in the browser extension, click Settings button, solid black gear.
  2. Click Sign out.

    The Let's Get Started page opens.

  3. Click Back to site name.
  4. Enter the Site Name. Check site name validity.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter your corporate or Percipio credentials to log in.
