New Admin Menu Reorganization

The Admin menu structure has been redesigned to better support your everyday functions. The changes are:

Old menu sub-options	New menu sub-options	Change highlights
		Menu items renamed: User List = User Management Audiences = Audience Management
		The Content menu is now grouped into two categories: Custom and Skillsoft. The Custom section is for any content you add to Percipio and the Skillsoft section is content you have licensed from Skillsoft. Menu items renamed: Custom Content = Content Items Custom Channels = Channels Custom Areas & Subjects = Areas & Subjects Audience associations = License distribution The items under the original License menu have moved to Content under the Skillsoft Content category. The Entitlements report is now named the License Consumption report and appears under the Content menu. The All Content by Collection report is now under Content.
		The Assignment menu now displays as an option under the Learning menu. Promoted content now appears under Learning instead of the Content menu.
		Dashboards and Reports now both display on the Analytics menu. The menu now lists the most-used reports. Admins can view the full list of reports from the View all reports option.
		Menu items renamed: Instance is now Site Configuration Branding is now Site Branding Engagement is now Engagement & Notifications
