Manage, promote, and measure learning

The items in this section provide the tools you need to manage users and content, promote learning, and measure learning effectiveness on your bottom line.

To enhance your ability to manage email campaigns, this release finds two enhancements to the Learning > Email Campaigns feature:

  • You can now remove images from your uploaded image list to prevent future use. Removing an image from the list does not remove it from the current or previous campaigns.

  • You can now delete templates from the Browse templates page.

AI Updates

The items in this section highlight changes to AI elements in Percipio so you can stay in compliance with your internal processes.

To support the new scoring and feedback feature coming in July, Skillsoft will be updating the AI model for CAISY. We will announce exact timing and details on the enhancement as it gets closer to release.
