Hide or Unhide an Asset
To make viewing the assets in your learning plan easier, you can hide the asset on the Personal Learning tab in your learning plan.
Note: Assets that are hidden in your learning plan continue to display in your To Do List.

To hide an asset
- Click View Learning Plan at the top of the page.
- In the Personal Learning tab, locate the asset you want to hide.
- Click the More Actions link.
- Click Hide.
The asset hides from view.
To view the assets that are currently hidden
- Click View Learning Plan at the top of the page.
- Click the Personal Learning tab.
- Expand the set containing the hidden asset(s).
- At the bottom of the set, click Show Hidden Items.
Hidden items display within the set, under the Hide Hidden Items link, and are highlighted.
To unhide an asset
- Click View Learning Plan at the top of the page.
- Click the Personal Learning tab.
- Expand the set containing the hidden asset(s).
- At the bottom of the set, click Show Hidden Items.
Hidden items display within the set, under the Hide Hidden Items link, and are highlighted.
- Click the asset you want to unhide.
- Click Unhide in the highlighted area.
The asset displays in the learning plan.
