Provides a list of assets in the site and a count of the number of times the asset appears in the library. Results are not limited by the privileges assigned to the Administrator running the report.
Note: In some instances, Book assets may not include a valid path.
Description: Provides the ability to select all or specific asset categories and sub-categories.
Categories and sub-categories can be selected independently of each other.
Selecting an asset category will include all sub-categories for that value.
You can also select sub-categories individually.

Possible Values: See the tables below for a list of sub-categories available for each category. There are no sub-categories for the Instructor Led Training or Video categories.

Note: “6 English (All)” applies only to Book and Video assets. If you filter the template to only “English (All)”, you will only see books and videos in your report. If you want to see all US English assets, filter for both “6 English (All)” and “8 English”.
Description: For courses, this is the expected duration of the asset. For videos, audio books, and recorded sessions, this is the actual run time. Displayed in hh:mm format for Previewed reports, and reports exported to PDF and HTML. Displayed in minutes for reports exported to CSV and Excel.
