Export and Import a Learning Program

The Learning Program Import/Export feature allows Administrators with Learning Program Privileges to export a Learning Program for use on other Skillport 8 sites.

Exported Learning Programs include all values assigned to the following properties:

• Name
• ID
• Content Language
• Requires Approval to Enroll setting
• Completion rules
• Description
• Objectives
• Internal Notes
• Image

Before exporting or importing a Learning Program, consider the following:

• In order to export or import a Learning program, you must have a role of Admin or higher with Learning Program privileges.
• All content in the Learning Program must be licensed on the destination site to which it will be imported.
• When importing a Learning Program, the lp_id must be unique on the destination site.
• During the import process, you can assign a new lp_id, if necessary.
