Download User Personal Data

Personal data for users can be permanently erased from Skillport. However, some users may want a record of their data before it is removed from the system. You can download personal information for individual users to a CSV file in the User Management page. All data in user profile fields is included in the download. This includes information such as name, address, email address, phone number, custom profile data, etc. Additionally, any information added to Books or to Community profile fields such as interests or skills is also included.

To download a user's personal information

1. Click Users & Groups > User Management on the navigation bar.
2. On the Users and Groups tab, navigate to the desired user in the group hierarchy, and select the user.
3. Click the User Info tab in the right pane.
4. Click Download Personal Data.
5. Locate the CSV file for for the user in your Downloads folder.
