Retrieve Your User ID

If you cannot remember your User ID for logging in to SkillPort, you can have the system email it to you.

Note: This feature is only available if it has been enabled for your SkillPort site by SkillSoft.

To retrieve your User ID

1. On the SkillPort login page, click Forgot your User ID?
2. In the Email Address box, enter the email address that you have registered in SkillPort.
3. Click Email my User ID.
