Withdraw from a Learning Programme or Live Learning Course

Note: You cannot withdraw from a learning programme or Live Learning course (LLC) if you have been enrolled in it through a group enrolment.

To withdraw from a learning programme or Live Learning course

1. Click MY PROGRESS on the navigation panel on the left, and navigate to the asset.
2. Click the asset title, and then click beneath the asset title.

   You are withdrawn from the learning programme or LLC. However, if the asset exists in your MY PLAN, you must remove it manually.

   (Note that you can also withdraw from the learning programme or LLC from within MY PLAN, the CATALOGUE, or search results; all of these places allow you to access the details of the programme or course and, therefore, the icon.)
