The following tables describe the icons you see in MY PLAN. For more information on working with your plan, see Managing Your Learning Assets.
Status Indicators

The due date for the learning programme or learning asset is approaching. The number of days before the due date that this warning indicator is shown can vary depending on the requirements of your organization; the default is 30 days before the due date. |

The due date for the learning programme or learning asset has passed. |
|
Indicates that you cannot modify the contents of the curricula folder. |
|
Indicates the learning asset was marked "Required" when the learner added it to MY PLAN. |

You have not started the learning asset. |

You have started but not completed the learning asset. |
|
You have completed the learning asset. |
|
You have not started the learning asset.* |
|
You have started but not completed the learning asset.* |

You have completed the learning asset.* |
|
The learning asset is in review mode. Progress and completion will not be recorded in SkillPort, but your review-mode scores for the asset appear in MY PROGRESS.* |
|
The required learning asset has been waived, and you are no longer required to complete the asset. |
