Live Learning Completion

Completion of a Live Learning course ( Icon for a Live Learning course ) is determined by the completion status of its child assets, where

% Complete = number of child assets completed / total number of child assets

For example, assume that a Live Learning course is composed of one Expert Live session and four supporting materials. If one of the supporting materials has been completed, the Live Learning course is considered 20% complete. The following table describes the criteria used when determining whether or not a child asset has been completed.

After you enrol in a Live Learning course, the status of its child assets can be one of the following (on the information page for the asset):

Status

Description

The learning asset has never been launched.

Started

Completion of the asset is determined based on the completion rules defined for your site, and you have started but not completed the asset.

Accessed

You have accessed the asset at least once, and this is all that can be known with respect to your progress with the asset.

 

Completed

Completion of the asset is determined based on the completion rules defined for your site, and you have completed the asset.

Note: Assets with an Accessed status are considered completed assets when determining the overall completion of a Live Learning course.
