Recurring Assets

A recurring asset is an asset that you are required to retake. For example, your organisation may require you to repeat training at specified intervals (such as taking a course every year to maintain a certification).

Important things to note about recurring assets:

• These assets may only be available to you during a specific time period, called the Open Window.
• After you complete the asset, it resets itself in your leaning plan with a new due date and the icon status.
• You can retake the recurring asset as many times as you wish during the Open Window, to increase your recorded completion score. When you launch a recurring asset during the Open Window, the following message may display:

  

  • Click Restart to record your progress and replace your current score with the results of this asset launch.
  • Click Continue to open the asset in Review mode to review the asset without replacing your current score.
