• Current Password: Your current password.
• New Password: Your new password. If your organisation has configured the site to enforce strong passwords, you may be required to enter a password that meets specific criteria. Passwords are case-sensitive.

  All single-byte characters are accepted except the following: plus (+), double quote ("), and back slash (\). Non-breaking whitespaces (space, tab, newline), double-byte characters (for example, Japanese or Chinese characters), and blank passwords are not allowed.

• Verify Password: Re-enter your new password here.
• Security Question: Select a security question.
• Security Answer: Enter the answer to the security question. This authenticates you if you forget your user ID or password.
