New Features

The SCT functionality is now integrated into the Publisher - Users can now publish custom content via the Publisher, as they do today, without having to first run custom content through the SCT.
The current passive content is now customized to support the new format.
Added support for manual proxy for browsers (Internet Explorer and Firefox) on Microsoft Windows XP.

Occasionally, the system automatically logs out and returns to the "Login" page. (CR 97851)
A runtime error occurs for certain browsers/accounts/machines, when previewing a published course. (CR 99665)
The "Enter Location Information" page displays after five minutes on Firefox browser, when the page should display after a few seconds. (CR 97826)
