This section provides general course information, including the following:

• Course Title
• Course Version
• Course ID
• Course Type
• Course Status
• Course Player
• Package Metadata Type
• Publish Operation
• Package Date/Time
• SkillPort Asset Type
• Course Packager
• Organization ID

Progress status displays where the course is in the automated steps of the publishing process:

• Verify Content - The course is verified and ready for movement to the content server.
• Move Content - The course is moved to your content server and ready for preview preparation.
  • Preview functionality is only available if it has been enabled by your administrator.
• Prepare Content - The course is published to the preview site (if enabled) and is ready for publication to your production environment.
• Publish Content - The course is uploaded to the production environment and ready for learner launch.

If the publish is successful, all of the above mentioned steps in the publishing process is highlighted. You may click the Publish Again if you wish to upload the same your course again, where you can also select a different production site if required.

Also, the Publish Again button displays, if a company has more than one production site and there is a combination of successful and unsuccessful publishing activities.

If an error occurs while publishing, the Publish Again button displays next to the automated step, which failed to execute while publishing. The remaining steps (if any) display as Not Started and are not highlighted.

The course history displays the date in Eastern Standard Time and provides a description of the completed operation, including:

• The name to which site the course successfully published.
• A success message if the course successfully published.
• A failure notification if the course did not successfully publish.
