Publish Tab

Allows you to browse for and upload content. It also displays the upload status. After your content is successfully uploaded, you are prompted through each step of the publishing process.

The Notification section displays the most recent notifications pertaining to deployment status. Notification types include deployment to preview site, deployment to production site, or deployment status messages, such as deployment success or failure, arranged in order of most recent event.

• Preview sites are only available if they have been enabled by your administrator.

Use the navigation options to move through the notifications:

• First: Displays the first page of notifications beginning with the most recent.
• Previous: Returns you to the previous page of notifications.
• Next: Displays the next page of notifications.
• Last: Displays the last page of notifications.

The Notifications section has five columns:

• Course ID: The content's course ID.
• Title: Click the course title to go to that course's Course Details page. There you can view details or move it through the publishing process.
• Username: The user name of the person who uploaded the course.
• Date Added: The date the notification is added to the list.
• Notification: The deployment message.

If preview sites are available for your company, displays the number and status (as described in the image above) of courses posted to your preview sites.

Displays the number and status (as described in the table below) of courses uploaded to your production sites.

Status	Description
Available	Content is available on the preview site (if enabled) and/or the production site.
Pending	Content is temporarily in the process of being deployed to the preview site (if enabled).
-	Content is currently unavailable.
Error	An error has occurred in the process. Check the error for detailed information.
