Access Certitude
Once your administrator, or Compliance Customer Service Manager, creates an account for you in Certitude, you'll receive a Welcome email with a link to your Certitude site. When you click the link, you are prompted to create a password in order to gain access to the site.
Create a password with the following minimum requirements:
- At least 8 characters in length.
- Combination of numbers and characthers.
- At least one uppercase characther.
- At least one special character.
- No spaces.
Forgotten Password
If you forget your password after your initial login:
- On the Login page, enter your Username.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Within 24 hours, click the link and create a new password.
You'll receive a new Welcome email with a Reset Password link.
