Access Certitude

Once your administrator, or Compliance Customer Service Manager, creates an account for you in Certitude, you'll receive a Welcome email with a link to your Certitude site. When you click the link, you are prompted to create a password in order to gain access to the site.

Note: The link in the email expires after 24 hrs. If needed, ask your administrator to resend the Welcome email.

Create a password with the following minimum requirements:

  • At least 8 characters in length.
  • Combination of numbers and characthers.
  • At least one uppercase characther.
  • At least one special character.
  • No spaces.

Forgotten Password

If you forget your password after your initial login:

  1. On the Login page, enter your Username.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link.
  3. You'll receive a new Welcome email with a Reset Password link.

  4. Within 24 hours, click the link and create a new password.
