Send a Reminder Email
Site Admins can send a reminder email for any assignment, for any audience or learner, in Percipio. Learning Admins can send a reminder email to their audiences and the learners within their audiences for any assignment they created.
As a Site or Learning Admin, you can send a reminder email to all users that have not yet completed an assignment.

Why send this email?
Your learners received the assignment, but the assignment email option was off when the assignment was created and launched. You want to send them an immediate notification that they have a pending assignment.

- From the left navigation bar, select Learning > Assignments. The Assignments page displays.
- Locate the assignment for which you want to send a reminder email.
- Click

Edit.
- Click Next: Notify users. The Notify users page displays.
- Toggle the Enable assignment email switch to On.
- Enter your introductory text. The email preview updates as you type.
- Click Save assignment. The email is sent immediately.
Note: The date and time are set to send immediately. The date and time are based on your local system settings, not the email recipients' settings.

- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
The email is sent immediately to all learners who have not yet completed the assignment.
