Impact
Impact is split into three pages , Engagement Metrics, Engagement Survey, Assessment Results. The Impact pages show multiple fields that all help you gauge how your coaching program is impacting your learners.
Engagement Metrics
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): The NPS rating is based on learners' answer to the question at the end of coaching engagement: "How likely are you to recommend Skillsoft Coaching to your friends or colleagues?". The graph displays the number of responses within each rating section and the average score. NPS questions are populated once remeasurement opens. They appear on the To-do list, directly below the remeasurement tasks. Note that completing this step is not required to receive an Impact Report.
- Goal Progress: At the beginning of coaching, learners are required to set one long-term goal and one short-term goal. They can optionally set up two additional goals if they see fit. During remeasurement, learners are asked if they have accomplished their goals in order to track the progress they have made. They can answer Yes, Partially, or No, and the percentage of answers to each response are shown. Hovering over the graph shows you the number of responses in a specific category.
- Goal Type: During goal setting, learners tie their goals to a goal type. Here, you can see the percentage of goals that learners have created that are tied to each goal type. This section also shows the completion rates for each category and the progress made towards the long-term goal.
- Received or expecting a role change or promotion?: During the goal reporting step of remeasurement, learners are asked an optional question to reflect on whether they have received a promotion, are expecting one, have switched roles, or are expecting to switch roles during or as a result of the coaching experience. The graph shows the percentage of learners that said yes vs the percentage that said no to a change in role.
- Shared with organization?: Learners have the option to select Yes or No to whether they would like to share additional accomplishments.
- Achievements: If learners select Yes to the Shared with organization? question, their response to that question will appear here.
- Feedback: Feedback questions are scale-based questions that learners anonymously respond to during remeasurement. Feedback questions are customizable by your organization.
- Reflection: Reflection questions are open-ended questions that learners anonymously respond to during remeasurement. Reflection questions are customizable by your organization.
Engagement Survey
This graph shows learners' responses to the statement "I am actively focused on developing new leadership capabilities to do my job more effectively." They respond to this statement during their initial survey and again during remeasurement so that you can see how the coaching program has impacted responses.

This data only shows the ratings for the individuals who answered both the initial assessment and remeasurement assessments. The delta is calculated from taking the average of each delta from individuals initial and remeasurement ratings.

Assessment Results

360 Assessment results from pre to post score: This section shows learners' skills as taken in their initial survey compared to during remeasurement. If a skill area has no ratings yet, you will see "pending feedback" in that area. Hovering over the graph shows you more detailed data.
