Initial Assessments

Initial Assessments is split into two pages, Assessments and Engagement Survey. At the top of each page you can select to Filter the data to show only a specific group of learners, learners in a specific launch date, or specific assessments/surveys. If you choose to Export the data, you can apply similar filters in order to only get the data that is relevant to you.

Assessments

The Assessments page shows the following charts:

• Skill categories: Displays data from self-assessment and 360 feedback responses. It is aggregated by role type for each skill category.
• 360 Assessment Results Broken Down By Skill: Shows an analysis of skills and skill ratings from the self-assessment and 360 data. The data is sorted by rater category. You have the option to view by Skill Category or Skills. Hover over the skills to reveal the number of people that who answered the assessment or specific question that formed the rating.

Engagement Survey

The Engagement Survey provides you with data from participant's initial survey responses collected during onboarding. You can see the average responses as well as number of responses for each topic.
