Licenses

The license type you have for your coaching program determines how it functions, and what options you have for learners and coaches.

Limited Session Product

With the 12 Session Product License:

  • Use the license report to see how many remaining licenses you have left.
  • Review the number of licenses purchased and the available licenses to assign.
  • You are unable to launch a license after the contract end date.
  • Once the first session is complete, the license is considered used and can not be reassigned.
  • If the contract is still active and you deactivate a learner, you can swap the license if:
    • They never completed a session.

Subscription Product

With the Subscription Product license:

  • Look at the Available licenses to see what is available to assign.
  • You are unable to launch a learner after the contract end date.
  • If a learner is launched with more time than what is available in the contract, they only have time on the platform up until the contract end date.
  • If the contract is still active and you deactivate a learner, you can swap the license if:
    • They never completed a session.
    • They completed one session and are removed within 30 days of getting launched.
  • On the contract End date, all Available licenses become 0.

CPAAS Product

With the CPAAS Product license:

  • Every coach and learner will be assigned a license upon their launch.
  • The license is considered used when the learner or coach is launched.
  • If a user is deactivated prior to them logging in for the first time, the license returns to Available licenses.
  • Once a user signs in, the license becomes used and can not be swapped.

CPAAS Multiyear

With the CPAAS Mulityear license:

  • On day 366, all coaches and learners who are still active consume a second license.
  • Coaches are launched without a set time on the platform and consume a new license on the contract renewal date.
  • To prevent a coach from using a license in the following year, you must deactivate their account.
  • Coaches will lose access to the platform when the contract period ends.
  • Learners can get the full duration of the contract, multiyear contract, or a set period.
  • For learners, duration begins at the time of launch so that you can coordinate an exact end date to limit access if needed.
