Company Profile

Note: You must select Save & Publish before leaving the page in order for any changes you make to be saved.

Enter your company details

In this section you see the following fields:

• Company name: Type your organization's name.
• Country: Select where your company is based out of.
• Industry: From the drop down, choose what type of industry your organization supports. You may select multiple industries.

Add your company logo

Upload your company logo (recommended size: 200x24, recommended file type: JPEG, PNG).

Customize your welcome screen

Use the toggle bar to customize your welcome screen (On), or choose not to customize (Off).

If you select On, you can either select an image or video from the gallery, or upload your own.

Enter your welcome message

Choose the language(s) you want the welcome message to be displayed in. Type a welcome message of up to 600 characters for each of the languages selected.

Optionally, enter your company name in the field Enter company name for welcome message "A message from".

Preview

Review what your welcome screen looks like and be sure that everything appears how you want it to.

Enable AI

When this setting is turned on, learners are able to interact with features that support the coaching platform through conversational and generative AI. The Coaching Guide provides support throughout the platform and assistance with content recommendations and developing goals.
