To Do - Needs Attention

This page is split into two tabs, one for learners and one for organization coaches. It shows you users that are falling behind in their engagement so that you can help keep everyone on track.

Learners

Learners appear on this page if they do not have any future sessions scheduled, have not signed into the platform for a while, or never began the coaching program. The table shows their:

  • Name: The learner's name.
  • Email: The learner's email.
  • Engagement Status: This column shows why the learner has been flagged as needing attention. You can select the tiles in this column to see the notifications that have been sent and other relevant details about the engagement. The different types of Engagement status you may see include:
    • Never Signed In: Learners who have never signed into the platform. They receive this status one month after launch and are removed after they sign in.
    • Incomplete onboarding: Learners who have signed in but have not completed all of the onboarding steps that are required to select a coach. Learners receive this status after 3 reminders and 3 weeks. They are removed once onboarding is complete.
    • No Scheduled Session: Learners who do not have any future sessions scheduled. They receive this status after 3 reminders and 3 weeks of having no scheduled sessions, and are removed once they schedule a session.
    • Late Canceled Sessions: Learners that have canceled a session within 24 hours of it taking place. They receive this status after 2 late cancels or each subsequent late cancel, and are removed after the next completed session.
    • No Selected Coach: Learners who have not selected a coach. They receive this status after 1 week and 3 reminders and are removed after selecting a coach.
    • Incomplete Remeasurement: Learners who have not completed remeasurement tasks. They receive this status after 3 weeks and 4 reminders and are removed after the Impact Report is generated.
    • Negative Session Rating: Learners who provided a negative session rating for a coach. They receive this status when they provide a rating of 3 or lower and are removed after providing a rating of 4 or above for a subsequent session.
  • Contract End Date: This is the date at which the learner can no longer access the coaching platform.

Organization Coaches

Coaches populate on this page if they have never signed in or have not signed in for a period of time. The table shows the number of days since the account was launched, and the last login date.
