The User Details page is where you can review additional data on your learners and coaches.

User Details - Learners

This page is organized into the following sections:

• Languages of learners: This graph shows a breakdown of the languages your learners selected in their profile.
• Have you worked with a professional coach before?: Learners respond to this question with either yes or no. The percentage of learners that chose each answer are shown.
• Areas of topical expertise: This graph shows what areas your learners are receiving coaching in compared to learners in other organizations.

User Details - Organization Coaches

This page is organized into the following sections:

• Coach languages: This graph shows a breakdown of the languages spoken by your coaches.
• Total sessions completed: The chart shows the number of sessions completed in each month. You can hover over the points on the chart to see the number of sessions. This area also shows the number of total future sessions that have been scheduled.
• Areas of topical expertise: This graph shows the areas of expertise of your coaches.
• Coaches by country: This area shows a map of where your coaches are located. You can hover over countries to see the number of coaches located there.
