User Profiles

When you select a user, either a learner or coach, on the User Metrics page you are brought to their User Profile. A user's profile shows relevant personal information as well as information about their engagement with the coaching program.

Learner Profile

On the learner profile page you can:

• Review details around the 360, including who was invited and who answered.
• Review session details and ratings.
• Review number of focus selected and focus areas.
• Review remeasurement details

Coaching Profile

On a coach's profile page, you can view their:

• LinkedIn profile
• Country
• Number of learners (Current vs Total)
• Session rating average
• NPS
• Language
• Timezone
• Answers to personal questions including:

  • Leverage this experience to help clients
  • Industries & Organizations I have worked with
  • Focus areas worked with clients
