Notes
On a client's Notes page, you can view all session and general notes you have added, and write new ones.
To access a client's notes page:
- From the left navigation bar, select Clients.
- Locate the client who's notes you wish to view and select their Name from the table.
- A new set of pages for that client now displays in the left navigation. Select Notes.
On the Notes page, you see:
- Download all notes (PDF): Select this button to download a PDF of all the session notes you have left for the client you are viewing.
- Add a new session note: Select this button to add a new note to a previous session. This opens a pop-up where you must select which session you would like to add a note to. The session now displays in the list and you can type a new note. Be sure to select Save when you are done.
- Session notes: You see a drop-down item for each session you have previously added notes to. Select the session note you wish to view in order to expand the drop-down. You have the ability to Edit or Delete a note.
- Most recent session: By default, you see the most recent session you had with your client. If you select this session, you see the window to type a new note. Be sure to select Save when you are done.
- General notes: Select this list item to add a general note about the client that is not associated with a specific session. If you have not already added a general note, you see a window open to start typing a note. Select Save when you are done. If you have previously added general notes they display when you open the drop-down. Select Edit to change or add to these notes.
