Search Resources

If your client has Percipio, you see the Search Resources page under their client drop-down. If a client does not have Percipio, you can still share resources with them, but they must be resources that you have added to your Resource library that are not Percipio content.

To access the Search resources page:

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Clients.
  2. Locate the client who you wish to share a resource with and select their Name from the table.
  3. A new set of pages for that client now displays in the left navigation. Select Search resources.

On the Search resources page you can search for Percipio content to share with your client that will then appear to them as a shared resource. To help you more easily find content, you can filter by content type or by content source. Please note, you only see content that the client has access to in Percipio.

Once you locate content, you have the following options:

  • View: From the actions menu , select View. The content opens in Percipio so that you can decide if it is best for your client.
  • Share: Select the arrow icon, or from the actions menu , select Share. Confirm you want to share that resource with your client by selecting Share resource.
  • Save to library: Select the bookmark icon, or from the actions menu , select Save to library. The content is added to your resource library so that you can easily find and share it later.
