Skillsoft Percipio Platform Access

Skillsoft coaches have access to the Skillsoft Percipio Platform, the intelligent learning platform designed by Skillsoft, and widely used by Skillsoft clients. With the platform, you can curate a digital library with skill building content to continue growing and refining your expertise. The Skillsoft Platform is available for your personal and professional development and as a tool to share content with the clients who also have Skillsoft Platform access.

Coaches have accounts on the https://coaches.percipio.com Skillsoft Platform site. Here, you can find training and updates from the Coach Support team, as well as courses and other content items.

During your first week of onboarding, you receive a welcome email from the platform. Please follow the directions to set up your account. After signing in, you are prompted to choose the skills you want to build. The platform then recommends content for you based on your selections. You may change these selections at any time from the My Learning page.

When you select to view Skillsoft Platform resources on the coaching platform, they automatically open in your Skillsoft Platform account.

Reset your Skillsoft Platform password

To reset your Skillsoft Platform password:

  1. Go to your Skillsoft Percipio Platform login page. Enter your email address.
  2. Select Next.
  3. Select Get Password Help. You can then reset your password.

Skillsoft Platform Resource sharing

The Skillsoft Platform is an optional feature that your clients may have access to. If your client has access to Skillsoft Platform content, you see Has Percipio Access : Yes in their profile details. Clients may have access to their organization's Skillsoft Platform site, but may not have access to all the content that you do as a coach. When you go to share resources with a client from the coaching platform you only see Skillsoft Platform content the user has access to.

You can access Skillsoft Platform resources in two ways:

  1. Session Reporting Flow: When completing session reporting from your To-do list, you have the option to share resources with the client that complement the focus areas of the completed session.

  2. Search Resources: From the left navigation bar select Clients. Choose the client you wish to share a resources with. Select Search Resources from the left navigation bar. Search and filter for Skillsoft Platform resources. Select the arrow icon to share a resource with your client. Note, this page is hidden if the client does not have the Skillsoft Percipio Platform.
