Persistent Platform
The Persistent Platform feature allows you to maintain access to the Coaching Platform after your engagement end date. You may continue logging in, complete any remaining tasks or access resources and assessments within your Coaching Platform.
When your engagement ends, you are automatically switched to the Persistent Platform mode. In Persistent Platform mode, you are unable to:
- Chat with your coach.
- Schedule sessions (All sessions that remained when your Engagement End date was reached are removed from your account and are no longer available).
- Send additional 360° Feedback requests for Remeasurement. All pending 360° Feedback requests are removed.
The Persistent Platform looks and behaves the same as the regular Coaching Platform for all other remeasurement steps, assessment results and resources.
If you are interested in continuing on your coaching journey, select Contact your Program Manager. Fill out the form which gets sent to the CSM from your organization who can then explore options for another engagement.
