Session Calendar

You can find the Session calendar page in the left navigation bar. On this page, you will see a tab with your upcoming sessions as well as a tab with your previous sessions.

For upcoming sessions you have the options to:

  1. Invite manager: You only see the option to invite a manager if your organization has that option configured. You may have a specific number of manager calls, or none at all. A manager call is one in which you meet with both your coach and your manager so that your manager can see what you are working on and how you are improving.
  2. Add to calendar: Select this option to add that session to a personal work calendar such as Outlook or Gmail.
  3. Add Notes: Select this option to write a note to yourself about that session. Notes you write are only visible to you.

Schedule manager call

To schedule a manager call directly from this page:

  1. Select Schedule manager call.
  2. Enter your manager's email and name.
  3. Select Add manager details. This opens the Schedule your session page.
  4. Choose a day and time that your coach has available.
  5. Select Yes, schedule session. Your manager will be notified that they have been invited to a manager call.

Schedule coaching session

To schedule a session with your coach from this page:

  1. Select Add coaching session. This opens the Schedule your session page.
  2. Choose a day and time to meet with your coach.
  3. Select Yes, schedule session. After you schedule a session, you receive an email with a calendar invite to that session. Your coach also receives a calendar invitation.

You must schedule ALL of your sessions to take place before your engagement end date which can be found in the profile banner on the home page. The typical coaching engagement is 12 sessions, but this may vary.
