New Features and Enhancements as of April 8, 2026
We are thrilled to share the latest updates to enhance your organization’s coaching experience. In response to your thoughtful feedback, we have introduced several new tools for learners and administrators. Here’s a glimpse of what’s new and coming soon.
What's New

Now when learners need to schedule time with their coach, they are presented with the dates and times that their coach is next available. The learner just has to pick from the list of options the best meet their schedule and their session is scheduled and added to their calendar. This new design decreases the time spent scheduling by 50%.

To keep your leaders relevant and progressive in their roles, we recently updated the assessment questions to focus on the most up-to-date leader competencies and skills aligned to the three pillars of leadership: Lead yourself, Lead others, and Lead your organization.
To make it easier to complete, the assessment questions are grouped by skill category as opposed to having to be answered one question at a time. This new experience is available for both self-assessments and 360 assessments.
In addition, when a person is asked to provide feedback, they see their selected role and whether their feedback will be anonymous.

Upon session completion, learners see a pop up asking them to reflect and rate on their session. Each session provides a different reflection question encouraging the learner to really capitalize on what transpired. If there are low ratings following the first three sessions, an automated option will be available for learners to select a new coach. Currently, you as an administrator can request the rating data through your CSM, but soon you will be able to see it on your Enterprise Dashboard.
The rating questions that a learner sees are as follows:

Session 1 |
How well did you connect with your coach during this session? |
Session 2 |
How excited are you to continue exploring new areas for growth? |
Session 3 |

Session 4 |

Following each session, coaches can now select a session topic and have AI generate a list of recommended content from Skillsoft Percipio, including CAISY™ AI Simulations. Data on session topics will be available through your CSM and soon be added into a report in your Enterprise Dashboard.
In addition to AI generated recommendations, coaches can share content from their full library which includes Skillsoft Percipio content, Harvard content, and additional sources as well as their personal libraries.
