New Features and Enhancements as of June 3, 2026
We are thrilled to share the latest updates to enhance your organization’s coaching experience. In response to your thoughtful feedback, we have introduced several new tools for learners and administrators. Here’s a glimpse of what’s new and coming soon.
What's New

Previously, learners could not see any assessment results until 48 hours before the first session with their coach. Now, learners can see their own self assessment results right away, with the option to upload documents to share with their coach. Learner can also see any manager 360 feedback results as soon as they are ready.
Feedback results from colleagues populate as soon as all assessments are complete. Additionally, data from colleagues is separated by role if there are at least 3 responses for that role plus two additional responses ensuring anonymity of the provider is maintained.

As an administrator for your Coaching platform, you can now receive a monthly email highlighting key areas, such as license activity, engagement and whose falling behind, and session activity. The email gets sent the first week of the month for the previous month's data. You can opt out of receiving this email and just view the dashboard from the Coaching platform.
Coming soon

The welcome email and associated series of reminders that get sent to new learners of Coaching suggesting that they get started will soon have a new look and feel. These new emails will encourage learners to log in as soon as possible and get started setting up their profile and start their coaching engagement.
