What's New

The new Group Coaching offer in Skillsoft Coaching provides a scalable and structured coaching experience designed for cohorts of 6–8 learners. Group coaching includes four 90-minute sessions, where you can utilize topic templates aligned with the SLDP Leadership Excellence Framework or tailor the experience to meet your organization’s specific goals.

Key Features of group coaching include:

  • Program Builder: Easily build your group coaching program, select session dates, and choose a coach.
  • Pre-work assignment: Assign and link pre-work before each session to help learners prepare effectively.
  • Custom surveys: Customize pre- and post-program surveys to measure engagement and outcomes.
  • Goal setting: Set group goals while allowing individuals to set personal development goals.
  • Enterprise dashboard: Track activities, attendance, session metrics, ratings, and skill development through the Skillsoft Coaching Enterprise dashboard.
