Publish a Configured Course

Publishing the configured course makes it immediately available to your learners. This includes learners the course is currently assigned to, and learners assigned the course in the future.

You can publish a course from the Skillsoft Compliance Course Library, or from the Content Configuration editor.

To publish a course

  1. On the Skillsoft Compliance Course Library page, locate the desired course:
    • Search for the course by entering the course title or number in the search field.
    • Expand the Filter search by configuration status to filter the list by default, published, or draft.
    • Sort the list by clicking the Configuration Status column header.
  2. To publish directly from the Library page
    1. Click the Actions menu for the course.
    2. Select Publish draft.

    3. Optionally, to publish the course from the Content Configuration editor:

    1. Click the Actions menu for the course.
    2. Click Edit.
    3. In the Content Configuration editor, click Publish.
